In the world of breast enhancement, getting something bigger may not always be your best option. In many instances, smaller implants can make breasts look bigger than before and still look very natural.

If you’re not too keen on getting any type of silicone or saline solution injected into your body then fat grafting may be your next best bet for more natural looking breast implants.

Fat grafting involves taking fat from other parts of your body (e.g. thighs or belly) and then using that as the implant. This type of implant tends to look and feel more natural.

This option however requires another medical procedure (i.e. liposuction) which will increase the cost. You will also need to visit with your surgeon years after the procedure for routine checkups.
